6. Community Conduct

You agree to engage in respectful and constructive communication within the Community. Any form of harassment, offensive language, or disruptive behavior may result in the termination of your membership without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Community, including but not limited to text, images, video and other materials, is the property of the Community or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at our discretion, without notice, for any breach of these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Community and any content associated with your membership.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the Community after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of TN, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
